Mission

To create a team everyone feels comfortable playing on and be able to build on. We want to create an environment where each player gives the game everything it deserves. Most women play the game with real passion and with the ability to compete with the willingness to take each loss as a learning moment, and prepare for the next match. Mistakes will happen and that's okay because everything you do is practice until it’s not. All players need to play the game with respect for the ones that play with you, and the ones who will play after you. Shaking hands after each match is respectful. If it wasn’t for their competition, you wouldn’t have been able to play the game that you love so much. To win alone, we’ve all been shown, is only an illusion. We strive to create trust in your team, because your team is your second family. Your coaches are also a part of your family, so you need to respect them even if you don’t agree with all their decisions, but understand their level of commitment to you and your teammates and the unselfishness of their time. ATX SPIRIT IMAGE players never walk on the pitch expecting to win, they walk on expecting to play their hardest and play like it’s the last game they will ever get to play. ATX SPIRIT IMAGE women should always demonstrate positive behavior and respect towards teammates, opponents, coaches, staff, and officials. Being a part of this team means you are not better than anyone. We are a family and we bring each other up. ATX SPIRIT IMAGE women are an immovable force and have immeasurable spirit’s.
